Managing Partner and Lead Attorney

Education: Mr. Addleman graduated from Westminster College in 1999 and he received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri- Kansas City, School of Law in 2002.

Areas of Practices: Tom is the founding attorney at Credit Law Center and is responsible for handling consumer rights litigation. He prosecutes claims under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Tom is also a prosecuting attorney for several jurisdictions throughout Missouri which allows him to hone his trial skills.

Outside the Office: Tom is the proud father of twin boys and husband to a wonderful wife. When not suing debt collectors and credit reporting bureaus, he enjoys travel and numerous outdoor pursuits (hunting, fishing, and conservation).

I currently reside in Harrisonville, Missouri and was born in Big Rapids, Michigan.
